Casual Mindfulness Drop-In Classes
At the moment new Drop-In Classes are not on the horizon, I only offer online meditation. This has less to do with the “red” status at the moment but is more paying tribute to the fact that people are quite reluctant at the moment to come to group classes. 8-Weeks-of-Mindfulness (Meditation not just for beginners)
We will start our journey with a combination of Mindfulness of the Breath and Mindfulness of the Body. Then we will use guided meditation as well as the power of Visualization to proceed our way more and more into stillness and calmness. From week 4 on we will also use the power of Affirmations and Mantras to experience a deeper stillness of the mind. Finally, we also use Visualizations to redirect our attention and energies to gain back the ability to create our lives with positive thoughts, openness and love.
8-Weeks-of-Happiness (Teaching & Meditation)
So the main question is: what is Happiness and how or where do we find it? In our 8 weeks, we will look at 8 different angles to find the answers. Maybe there is a hidden source of Happiness? Maybe you find it by activating your body wisdom? We will also find out how to embrace these factors to change patterns and behaviours, which is part of the process of becoming happy. Every week we will have a different theme, where we will set an intention, relax and then meditate together. You will get some homework as well, which is implementing the themes into your life … to become … and then be … happy …
Advanced Meditation (Meditation)
In this 8-week Meditation class, we go deeper into the healing aspects of Meditation. We will use techniques from the 5 Elements, Ho’oponopono, Chi Gong Meditation, Healing Vortex, just to name a few. It is more advanced than the other Mindfulness Meditation classes, but still main focus on relaxation, and is suitable for beginners.
Truly Yours – How to stay true to yourself in 8 weeks (Teaching & Meditation)
In this course we lay the foundations to find and change thoughts and patterns in your life. All those old patterns that don’t serve you anymore. We look into how your brain regenerates those patterns again and again. Through gaining this awareness of how your mind focuses we are able to address it in the Meditation and change thoughts, pictures and therefore habits and patterns to change our life. A nice side effect is, this can lead to understanding and letting go of emotions and shadows of the past, which may poison your present and therefore your future.
Conversations with your Inner Child (Teaching & Meditation)
In this 4 week course, I guide you to reconnect with your Inner Child.
The Inner Child resembles the part of us who carries our emotions from the past. Those emotions sometimes come up and you don’t know whether that was you or not. Well, you were … and not. Learn to understand your emotions and by reparenting your Inner Child, learn also how to change your reactions … and become your full self again.
This is something I experienced over the last few years and wanted to share with you all. Learning how to communicate with your Inner Child, while staying present, non-judgmental and calm, can bring you a long way further into understanding yourself and your environment.
