I would like to invite you to this transformative workshop where you will learn more about your energy centres called Chakras. I teach you how to energise, strengthen and balance them, one by one.
The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align along the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel or a pulsing ball of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, Chi or life force keeps us vibrant and healthy.
In this Chakra Balancing Course we will explore those beautiful energy centres, which nourish us and give us strength, from the Root to the Crown, finishing with a wonderful journey, aligning all of them.
Create some precious me time for yourself and feel into your own energy. Get to know yourself better and feel where your imbalances and blockages are, where your strengths and your weaknesses sit. Then we meditate in a wonderful group atmosphere. A combination of relaxation meditation, little journeys and affirmation meditations will give you deeper insight. Suitable for beginners (little experience in meditation recommended) and advanced.
This workshop comes as
– 4 week course, with 2 Chakras each week, each session 1,5 hours.
– 8 week course, with 1 Chakra each week, each session 1 hour.
– 2 Day Workshop, 10am until 3pm with 1 h lunch break.
Max 10 people (depending on venue). Remote attendance via Zoom possible.
