I invite you to this transformative 8 week course where you will learn more about your energy centres called Chakras. I teach you how to energise, strengthen and balance them, one by one.
The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align along the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel or a pulsing ball of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, Chi or life force keeps us vibrant and healthy.
In this Chakra Balancing Course we will explore those beautiful energy centres, which nourish us and give us strength. On the first day from the Root to the Heart and on the second day from the Throat to the Crown, finishing with a wonderful journey, aligning them all.
