8-Weeks-of-Happiness (Teaching & Meditation)
So the main question is: what is Happiness and how or where do we find it? In our 8 weeks we will look at 8 different angles to find the answers. Maybe there is a hidden source of Happiness? Maybe you find it by activating your body wisdom? We will also find out how to embrace these factors to change patterns and behaviours, which is part of the process of becoming happy. Every week we will have a different theme, where we will set an intention, relax and then meditate together. You will get some homework as well, which is implementing the themes into your life … to become … and then be … happy …
