10am – 11am Mindfulness Meditation (Beginner)
11am – 12pm Mantra, Healing & Affirmation Meditation
at the Mount Yoga Studio (Bikram)
Enoy one or two hours of bliss and peace of mind.
The first hour is Mindfulness Meditation with mainly guided meditation, breath work and visualisation, absolutely suitable for beginners.
The second hour goes a bit deeper. We will work with the quietened mind and go into Affirmation or Mantra Meditation. You have to be comfortable with staying alone and in silence with your thoughts and feelings for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
You can attend just one of them or both together. There will be a little pause between the two, where you can either stay in your meditative state and enjoy the silence, or quietly leave and/or enter the room. This is no real break, just a transition phase. Bring your own cushion or chair. No need to book in, just come. Please, absolutely no cell phones in the room. Fee is $15 per hour. Concession cards for 5 ($60) and 10 ($100) are available. Please pay either before session one or after session two. Thank you.
