8-Weeks-of-Chakra (Teaching & Meditation)

Widen your knowledge about your Chakras (energy centers), strengthen and balance them, one by one. Every week we take a closer look at one of those beautiful energy centers of ours, which nourish us and give us strength. One hour of me time and feeling into your own energy, get to know yourself better and find out where your imbalances and blockages are. Then meditate on it, together with us, in a wonderful group atmosphere. A combination of relaxation meditation, little journeys and affirmation meditations will give you deeper insight. Suitable for beginners (little experience in meditation recommended) and advanced.
